3. Scheduling, Property Access & Cancellations

By scheduling service, you confirm that you are the property owner or are authorized to request services.

You agree to:

Provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas

Secure pets prior to service

Ensure utilities (water/electricity if required) are accessible

Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.

Weather conditions, safety hazards, or unforeseen circumstances may require service rescheduling.

4. Window Cleaning Service Conditions

Sting Exterior Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing glass damage

Scratched, brittle, oxidized, stained, or defective windows

Failed window seals or fogging between panes

Loose frames or deteriorated caulking

Water intrusion due to pre-existing structural defects

Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage that was not visible prior to service.

Hard water stain removal or restoration services may require separate pricing.

5. Holiday Lighting Services – Additional Terms

For holiday light installation services:

Client confirms that electrical systems are safe and functional.

We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical defects.

Weather conditions (wind, ice, storms) may affect lighting performance.

Client-owned lights are installed at client’s risk. We are not liable for defective or aging light strands.

Storage services, if provided, are at client’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Removal dates will be scheduled at the Company’s discretion based on season and weather conditions.

6. Payments

Payment terms are communicated at booking or service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment when due may result in:

Late fees

Service suspension

Lawful collection efforts
